Once an employee places a call to LMAG, submitting a report or a concern, LMAG responds by taking a report, thoroughly reviewing the circumstance, and drafting a report protecting confidentiality of reporter/whistleblower. If severe enough, LMAG places call to contact within the organization providing an oral report with recommendations for follow-up action. LMAG then provides a monthly or quarterly report to the client specifying utilization of recommendations.

In addition, your organization receives a customized poster callback number for your organization to duplicate and post—an inexpensive though highly visible symbol of the organization’s compliance efforts.
